  J'ai appelé vendredi le 6 avril et j'ai demandé si c'était possible de faire nettoyer 5 chemises le lendemain le samedi comme le prétend l'annonce. La dame s'est informée et m'a dit d'aller les porter à 8h00 le lendemain matin que je pourrais les ravoir en fin de journée. Samedi matin 08h10 je suis au magasin pour me faire dire que ce n'était pas possible. Avoir su je n'aurais pas perdu mon temps avec eux. J'abonde donc dans le très mauvais service et c'était ma première et dernière fois.

  Good dry cleaner! they always remove the stains on my clothes.

  Horrible experience!! They have no notion of client service !! The lady is so rude and unprofessional. Take your laundry somewhere else

  DO NOT GO THERE!!! I brought my $1000 Canada Goose coat there to get it dry-cleaned. I wish I could post pictures because it is RUINED now. They made me sign an agreement telling me that the stitches "may fade a tiny bit". Well guess what. I have big white marks all over it right now. I can't wear it like that anymore. It basically looks like someone drew on it with white chalk. Moreover, they are being super-rude. Man, how I wish I could turn back time and not go there. If I could sue them, I would! I AM SO FURIOUS!!!
