::Katina Leung & Cassandra Angelicchio They both are knowledgeable at their products but how they serve customers is entirely different. Katina, is totally unprofessional. In other words she is totally personal. Talking to her is like talking to a very old friend. She answered all my teddies questions without any hesitation or sigh. I could go on with her without any hesitation of repercussions. Cassandra, is totally professional. Literally. Formal tone of voice, no smile, knowledgeable and accommodating. She even showed me open boxes to see the colors of the machines I liked. I went back and forth asking questions but with hesitation. All the time I wished Katina would come back from lunch. Eventually I did by virtua line deluxe. Which service is the best in this time and age where retail industry is at a brink of change? Personal.

::The worker I was with acted rude and quite pompous. I simply asked for an exchange of some coffee I received as it was expired, however, they mocked my request and completely dismissed it saying that, "you can drink expired coffee, it's okay. I have been drinking coffee that has been expired for 2 years. I'm all good, nothing has happened to me." I already knew this, but I still wanted an exchange, and I didn't see a problem with it because I did see visually some in stock. I would be a bit more understanding if they spoke to me in way that wasn't arrogant, but rather polite and understanding with me as well. I've been drinking Nespresso coffee for the past 15 years, and today, I was highly disappointed with the service I received for a simple exchange.
