Recomendo.

::I have had amazing experiences with National. I am an Executive Elite Member and have rented cars with National months and months on. I returned the car with full gas. The attendant checked the car and gas and approved the check in. I was even given my invoice and checked out. I was waiting for my wife to pick me up from the location. Suddenly one of the attendants came back and challenged that I had not filled the tank up. I assured the attendant and manager that I had and always do so and we had checked the fuel Guage together and we had agreed the car was full. Apparently the car was now parked "uphill" and the Guage was showing that the car was not completely full. After spending a good five minutes arguing and trying to assure the National team at this location that it was probably the car and there must be something wring with the fuel guage, i was forced to go to the nearest gas station otherwise they would charge my card with whatever was necessary to fill up the car at National rates eventhough it was already full. I was told to go back to the gas station and keep on "squeezing the pump until it clicked not just once but multiple times". Furious, I did what I was asked since I didn't want to waste any more time and have my wife and two toddlers waiting in the car for me. I came back this time with a receipt and with a few extra squeezes of the pump. The Guage still showed that the car was not full. Obviously, the fuel Guage was faulty. Instead of apologizing and refunding the few extra dollars I spent again and compensating me for my time wasted and for not trusting me, the attendant started arguing with me and was actually quite rude. Accusing me of things I didn't say and implying his own interpretations. I will be filing a formal complaint with National and would recommend residents and visitors in Victoria not to rent from this location.

::Our car rental experience was excellent. Mike at the counter treated us very well. We were dealing with a very honest and capable employee . Thank You Mike and staff. We will rent from you again. Tom and Margaret Medland Stettler, AB.

::Really disappointed. It seems that it's hard not to get a heavy dosage of a bad attitude when you arrive here. Very disorganized and unprofessional. I rented a moving truck - filled it up literally less than 3 blocks away before returning it until the pump clicked and the gauge read full... upon returning it I was told that it was a little light on gas and I may be charged extra... B/S. Just overall a really terrible experience, with slow, disrespectful and unorganized service. They didn't even know if they had a truck there for me when I arrived... took awhile to sort that out... you'd think reservations would eliminate this confusion. Since, I've rented from Enterprise and had much better results. I still have the aftertaste of rude, disrespectful and ignorant service from my visit months ago. Life lesson learned - never rent from National.

::Car was good I'll say. Comfortable and drove well. However, after checking the car back, a day or two later we noticed that we had originally been charged correctly for one day but a day or two later than that we were charged for a mysterious second day. If we hadn't called to query, this 'accident' would have slipped by. Also it took well over a week to get our deposit back. Also, 3 days after dropping the car back we got a call to say we had taken a chunk out of a tyre right down to the metal and would need to replace it. I said we hadn't and we had noted all damage to the car on initial inspection. They had a customer walk in so had to call me back, when they did they said they hadn't checked the inspection report where we noted the damage so all was fine, no need to pay. Would have thought that'd be the first thing to check before calling for cash! If you use this place, check your credit card statement regularly afterward, and make note of every single tiny scratch on initial inspection, maybe even take photos.
