  I'm from Inuvik and was in Yellowknife today, when I received a text message from my wife that the gas cap for our old van was lost. I called the NAPA store from my hotel room - and the guy at the store (sorry but didn't get his name) quickly told me they had one in stock. I asked him to hold it for me and I would get it on the way to the airport in the morning as I was flying home that day. They did one better - the guy quickly calculated the cost for the cap, and brought it to me here at the hotel. This is the epitome of customer service ... and I greatly appreciated that. I will continue to call them when I need parts in the future. Excellent job done very well.
