  I have been to all the Nando’s locations and this is the worst experience. Employees are just talking to each other, not paying attention to the customers and don’t even notice that the orders are ready and just getting cold and manager doesn’t care about all of these. The chicken in the sliders was dry and overfried, the bread was dry and not fresh and overall the taste of food gets worse each time we order from there or eat at their location. It used to be a much better place. I have recently true the same thing at the different location and it was so good and delicious.

  I never thought that I would have such a bad experience in a Nando’s restaurant as I had today! In the beginning, and to be fair, the young lady who seated us was very friendly and polite, but most of the other employees who dealt with us were super unprofessional! When they brought the food, there was not enough space on the table, so I wanted to move the wraps to one of the dishes we had, the guy who brought the food wanted to help and grabbed the wrap by his bare hand! The guy on the cash was busy drinking his drink, and he was drinking while serving me! Another guy came to our table and started cleaning and taking dishes without even asking us not notifying us about what he’s going to do! The sauce bottle I had was greasy! The washrooms were in a disaster shape! Some employees looked untidy and needed to shave both their face and beard! The food took forever to arrive! They ran out of forks, and I had to eat my Cheesecake using a small spoon! This was my first and last time to come to this branch! Whenever I go to a Nando’s restaurant, I always find the same level of service and professionality!

  I really liked it! delicious dishes and sides! Special thanks to Kourosh who was very nice and caring guy! Just be more careful of chairs' nails 😉

  Went in for take out on April 4. This was after the last time I was in and vowed never to come back, but hey here I am. The worst service and the food was horrible. Chicken was soaked in sauce and garlic bread was so hard we threw it out. A waste of my hard earned money. On both occasions I had the same cashier, young and very rude. The cook poured ( I mean poured)the sauce on the chicken whilst it was in the take out container. The restaurant was very filthy. Definitely never coming back to this location

  We went on Free Chicken day to try the chicken as we never had it before. The service was prompt although it was extremely busy and the food was amazing. Lemon & Herb chicken was just the right amount of seasoning and the Medium spiced chicken was mild. I would go for the Hot next time. Will definitely be back.
