  Arthur was helpful and polite. I needed my lamp next day, and they got it to me by 10:30am. Impressive!

  I was impressed with the customer service. The gentlemen who answered the phone (yes, they have a phone line!) was very helpful and beat the price of a lamp I saw elsewhere. Lamp arrived on-time :) - awesome service!

  Ordered my bulb a week before the fights, paid 40-50 dollars for two day expedited shipping. Two days later I called to get the tracking number, to which they stated " we don't have this bulb in stock". I got it two weeks later, and they never reimbursed me for the shipping, or explained why they would charge two day shipping rates for a product they didn't even have on hand. Just another internet company that has their hand in your money and doesn't care about anything after that.

  I ordered a projector lamp replacement through MyProjectorlamp.ca. The product arrived very quick and it was easy to install. The staff were friendly on advising me the product as well. Highly recommended!
