::Great cookies! Customer service was amazing and I am very happy with my experience. I have ordered cookie cakes for every occasion including many of my own birthdays and the quality has always been great. Really happy.

::The lady who is always there working is rude and has no customer service ettiquetes. I wouldn't know her name because they don't have name tags. I ordered a pretzel and instead of acknowledging that she heard me she went on to complain to her Co worker about how they had to make another pretzel. Then she came back to me and told me my total and I wasn't even done ordering. She didn't smile. I don't think she even knew how to. There is no line structure. Everyone is sort of falling on top of each other. She calls in the next person while the previous person is still paying. I don't want anyone looking at my card number.
