  Went in to get my windshield washer reservoir replaced a month ago and just discovered they never properly attached the plastic tire cover (none of the screws are present) and this piece is now in poor repair. This was my second bad experience as I had gone in for work before with a quote for service I left when I dropped off my vehicle. They discarded the quote and charged me over $100 more when I went in to pick up. Nice guys, but poor execution of services.

  Went there on a last Friday for an oil change , and my radiator was leaking , so I asked if they can check it . They said yes . I come and pick up my car in the afternoon and asked : hows the radiator ? They said it's fine , but I was still learning . The" mechanic " told me to drive around and see that is not leaking but again it was . I go to the front desk and the guy form there starts to make excuse . Oh we Didi see that you wanted the radiator check ( even though they sait it's fine 30 min. Ago ) . You would have to come back Monday . So I went yesterday , the guy didn't evse wanted to take the car in ..... Even though the other technitian from Friday said to come back Monday . Very very poor cuacusto service , it's ok if you can't fix the problem , but don't waist my time !

  The last few times my girlfriend and I have tried to get our oil changed here, they have been "too busy" as only two of the five bays are full. Or "don't work on that type of vehicle" (referring to a Hyundai). Seems as though they don't need business, or are simply lazy. We will not be back.

  The service manager, John Joo, recommended that my dad get the front axles replaced because they were worn. Returning home, he noticed unusual amount of vibration coming from the engine, so he went back to the shop to make a complaint. The service manager denied that it was a result of the front axles replacement though the problem occurred after the service. So, I told him to go to Mike's Auto in Marda Loops to get a second opinion, and without the knowledge of the repair, Mike was able to tell the new front axles job was not done properly upon assessing the noise for a few seconds. So my dad has decided to get it fixed at Mike's Auto now. I don't think any of my parents will use Mr. Lube's service even for simple oil and filter change. I'm not sure if mr. Joo monitors the reviews here but he's not going to earn business through many referrals.
