  Went for the $5 FUNdamental class, and it was great! The instructor was very informative and we didn’t feel pressured or judged which is a huge thing for exercise classes! Had a really great time, and was a great value for $5.

  I love my aerial classes at Move N Soar! I have been attending classes here for over a year and a half and I've loved every second of it. I've learned so much and made so many new friends - not to mention the physical aspect of it all. I'm stronger and more flexible than I've ever been in my life! Come and try a class, you will NOT be disappointed!

  Wonderful classes for kids, adults, and families! We have been going to Move N Soar since it opened and have taken a variety of classes, all have been excellent with knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors. Highly recommend trying a class!

  I've been taking AntiGravity Yoga and Fitness for a year now. This class is the perfect balance of relaxation, workout and most importantly FUN!! It is especially great for winding down after a long day at work, hanging out like Spiderman (literally) and learning some neat cirque-like tricks in the hammocks.

  I started taking the aerial silks classes this year and absolutely fell in love! It's an hour of pure fun for me every week- the instructors are SO friendly and helpful, the other participants are great and the exercise is crazy fun. For me, it's a really playful way to stay active and get a great workout. I also LOVE the early cancel policy, because it allows me to make up classes that I have to miss, so I still get my full money's worth!
