  I was informed that it would only take a couple hours for tailoring for a suit I need for short notice funeral it would only take a couple hours for it to be ready and now they are telling me it will not be ready till the next day too late for funeral

  Was just in the Sudbury store to help my daughters boyfriend get a suit for prom. We patiently waited for 20 minutes to get help as the 4-5 sales associates were helping other customers. Not once we're we even acknowledged by any of the staff. After finishing with a customer at the cash one of the sales staff proceeded to help 2 different customers. ...both of them just walking into the store minutes before. I worked in sales for several years and regardless of how busy we were a customer would NEVER be in a store for 20 minutes unacknowledged then ignore those customers and help other customers that arrived several minutes after. We left the store without anyone ever saying a word. Walked into Tiptop where we were greeted immediately and had a suit purchased in the time we spent waiting for any kind of service at Moores.
