  I had a terrible experience at multiple Moore’s locations around Ottawa. We ordered the suits for our wedding there and from the moment we set up the group account to the moment we had our wedding the service was not only awful but they ended up messing up the suits. My husband was to be wearing navy while the groomsmen were in light grey. They ordered and gave one of the groomsmen the wrong colour suit which ruined the wedding photos. Everything was written in the group file as far as cut, style and colour, and they did not provide the right clothing. On top of this I had to wait weeks for items to be hemmed, had to wait over 1 1/2 to set the group up, had different stores calling me telling me the group code did not exist despite other men already purchasing their suits, and overall had terrible customer service. We ordered 5 suits from them, all of which were purchased not rented, and every one had some problem or other. I will not be recommending Moore’s to any of my friends for their upcoming weddings, and they have definitely lost customers.

  Avtar at Moore's in train yards helped us immensely as we prepared for our wedding. My husband ordered a custom suit and it turned out perfect thanks to the style tips and suggestions by Avtar. Also a thanks goes to Amanda for assisting us with the suit rentals for our groomsmen. Everyone looked awesome thanks to the two of you!

  I have nothing but good to say about this location. The staff are phenomenal, starting from the top with Ashley. The customer service - wow! Just amazing. Thank you

  I want to take the time to write that I had a fantastic experience shopping for a three-piece wedding suit today. First of all, it was the 7th store I visited after having started by checking out many mall options. None of the other stores had any real selection in comparison with the vast collection at Moores. I was fortunate to receive amazing help from John who knew exactly what would look great for my body and the wedding's purple colour-theme. He was very well spoken and was a truly competent salesperson! I typically get frustrated when dealing with salespeople but John was actually very fun and pleasant to speak with. My experience was exceptional and the service was like finding a rare gem! I highly recommend John at the Trainyards location!

  Great store and a lot of selection. I was told to talk with Ashley and she was great help, fast service and friendly. The store location is more of a destination than a place you might come across driving around but other than that, fantastic experience.
