  Great service! They went out of their way to fit us in so that our oven would work for Christmas dinner. Great price for the multiple service calls and my oven works :)

  Honestly I originally tried to order the necessary parts online as they were ~ 20% less. I ended up receiving the wrong items & the extended headache of returning & fighting for refund. When I called Moore’s, Brenda was very helpful, doing some research to confirm that the correct parts were available & learned that the manufacturer had changed the number of a part. Having a competent person, knowledgeable in their industry, was easily worth paying the extra money for. Brenda ordered the parts and they arrived when she predicted. I just completed another order with Moore’s and had the same great experience.

  Friendly and knowledgeable for my dishwasher repair. Reasonable rates ($100 for a simple 1 hour repair). I am glad I called.

  Horrible, Horrible. I bought a part for my dishwasher and it was the wrong part, it was even the wrong brand part. I did supply my model #. When I tried to return it, I was accussed of trying to return the wrong part, and I was accussed of using the part. He was wrong on both accusations. He said the part didn,t have a handle on it, well it did not come with a handle, then he said it had water stains on it, well if I could use the part it is sealed between the inside and outside of the door and is impossible to get wet. The prongs had lines on them but they were not put there by me. I couldn,t have used the part as it was the wrong one. So in actuality I was sold the wrong part and a used part and Moores would not take it back. The guy that accussed me of all this was so, so rude it was horrible. Even though I told him he was wrong it was like I wasn't even speaking to him. So rude it wa so horrible. The $56 i am out is nothing. He should not treat customers this way. I will be notifying sears of this encounter of selling me used parts, as moores does reaires For Sears and they should be aware of this business ethic that they have. BEWARE

  They thought they hung up the phone but left it off the hook. I overheard them rudely cussing about customers they had that day, myself included. I was however happy with how prompt my dryer was fixed. I'm sad that I have to find a new repair shop; there are not many to choose from in PG.
