::They are the WORST at cutting men's hair!! The owner, Tanya, is so rude and has a huge chip on her shoulder. She brags about having the contract for styling models during Fashion Week. She has absolutely no understanding of customer service. I provided clear instructions on what I wanted and the stylist completely messed up. They refused to spend the time to correct it and charged me more than their rate online! I will never come back to this place. There are many other great salons that treat customers with respect!

::LOVE. I requested a hard chop on my long hair & Freddy came up with a wonderful bob and colour. I haven't had it this short for over 28 years & adore it. I've gotten nothing but compliments since. Thank you so much!

::Firstly no one from the SALON replayed for my email about this situation. So I was in salon on Friday and I am disappointed. I dyed my hair and it is not what I expected. I asked for lighter ends and light highlights I showed pictures what I expect but I got grey ends... The color is very cold and does not match with my skin tone at all. I did not realize that then I was in salon because of the different lighting and I thought that I will like it even if it is so dark. But I don't. I was waiting my hair to grow back about about a year and I was looking for a good hair salon for a month. This situation makes me feel very very sad.

::If you show Chad a photo of a haircut you'd like, he will absolutely make it happen...exactly! It is incredible! Every haircut I get from him is my favourite haircut. The salon reception is always responsive and friendly. Moods also has a nice selection of products and hair tools.

::Chad and Freddy are the best - love my visits and love my hair. Freddy does the best colour in the whole city (trust me i have tried and lost many times until now). Chad listens and his cuts are perfect and my look lasts with growth and until my next appointment. Always leave feeling pampered and hair fabulous.
