  These guys were great! Saved about 60$-113$ from what Wind was going to charge me for a phone. I interacted with one of the three staff who was especially gung ho on repairing cell phones and couldn't let it go until he found the problem. Unfortuanately like integrated components the entire mother board had to be replaced, but that's life. Still saved money over what Wind was going to charge me. Two things they could do to imporve service: 1. Have a ticketing system 2. Permit use of at least one of debit or credit card for larger transaction. I know CC charge % of transaction but maybe Interact debit is cheaper to use?

  Broken Phone

  They tried to replace my phone screen 3 times, but each time something was wrong with it. The technician tried to tell me the issue was "normal" and I was being too picky. I found out other parts of my phone were broken and asked for a refund. The owner gave me a refund and said my original cracked screen would be replaced. They didn't mention that my screen was destroyed in the process of removing it, so I got a destroyed piece of garbage in return. If you bring your phone in for repair and it doesn't work out, don't ask for your money back or they'll destroy your phone!

  Purchased replacement battery for LG handset. New cell was suppose to be OEM, but performed worse than my original 2-yr old battery. I had to plug it in during lunch to get through the day. Battery had all the right markings, I suspect it was a knockoff since it was handed to me in a plastic bag, not a clamshell package. After a few days, I tried to return battery but they would not do a refund, told me it was 'used' and were pretty rude about it. Offered me another battery, but from the same plastic bag packaging. Instead I ordered BearPower battery from Amazon which was cheaper and is amazing! Save your time, go somewhere reputable.

  You guys are really helpful and friendly I broke my screen on Saturday night and they're open Sunday till 8 o'clock I recommend the place very honest people and helpful .et pour ceux qui parlent français gênez-vous pas il parle français Aussi. Les gars sont ouverts le dimanche à huit heures sont très aimable sont honnêtes et le service est rapide je recommande la place sans hésitation Jacob
