  I have been a customer of John's now for 17 years and I can attest to the fact that John can fix any vacuum with precision and expertise. His customer service skills are better than I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, extremely honest and very respectful of anyone who enters his store. I've been there when someone came in his store yelling at something another store had done to his vacuum and John was able to calm him down and he would fix his vacuum the right way and gave him a guarantee. I spoke to John afterwards and the man called him back six month later to thank him for fixing his vacuum the right way. John is a man of integrity.

  My Kenmore vacuum brush head had a short in the wire leading it to intermittently cut out while vacuuming. The model is no longer being made so John was able to dissemble the head and repair it. The price charged, I felt, was very reasonable. John also followed up twice to let me know it was repaired and when he would be at the store. The Hepa filter had not been changed in years so he put a new one in and I picked up a spare. Great service. Thanks Dale
