  I live in the Edgewater condo units and it is the best place I could ever dream to live in. I have checked out many other of millenniums projects and they all have such beautiful designs in the inside and outside and all have great amenities. I know that Millennium is a very hard working company and they treat there job like it's there life.

  Terrible. Product Built cheep and at the lowest cost. Deficiencies endless. HVAC systems purchase independently and installed by who knows. No customer service after they have your money. Warranty companies have excuses for everything. Do yourself and your money a favour and stay away.
