::Only good at the front desk, speediness when pre-arrange an appt., and with Dr. K who is a hard-working wonderful GP who does her best to meet the needs of her clients (in my case, my wife, daughter and myself). Are you sure we go to the same clinic, you who only write bad of Mt. Royal Medicentre?

::In my experience Dr.Zhang is the worst He might be good with Canadian or English first language people. But not with me, who’s English second language.I was speaking English with him but he keeps saying that “I don’t understand “ I hurt my shoulder because of an accident from sport, I told him that my job kind of physical, I have to lift up heavy stuff and use 100% arms for 8 hrs per day. Then I asked him if I should go back to work or should I wait? Because I’m not sure if i back to work now it’s going to have an effect or more worse on my shoulder? It’s has been happening only a week. The answered is “ I DON KNOW up to you”.....To DR. Zhang if I know everything I would not wasted my time to go see you!!! Also he told me if I want him to write down that I can’t lift heavy stuff on the paper I have to pay $75. I don’t care about it because if I don’t work my employer won’t pay me anyway. When I asked the question seems like I bugging him a lot. It’s only 4 patients before me but I have to wait almost 45 minuets to see him, He work with me in hurry just try to send me out to finish his job. The end he gave me 2 papers without explaining, just want me to leave. I won’t recommend this bad doctor in my experience. One star for the reception!! not for him he got zero star from me.

::I was in and out in 90 minutes, front desk staff were polite and the Doctor Adesina had fabulous and friendly bedside manner, asked questions and was fully engaged.

::I waited 2.5 hours to see a doctor despite the fact that there were only 3 people in the waiting room when I arrived. Here's why... 1. There was only one doctor working and this doctor was also taking patients with scheduled appointments. 2. When I arrived the receptionist forgot to use the number system and allowed other people to walk up to the counter and check in before me (while I waited with my number.... She finally checked me in but did not bother to correct the order. 3. The staff overbooked the doctor who was at the end of her shift. Instead of moving me over to the new doctor, they made me wait for her while other patients jumped the queue since they were booked in with the new doctor. Advice for management: 1. Ask your staff to make more of an effort to honor first-come first-serve for walk-ins. I realize there's some exceptions (ie. fast track). 2. Train your staff to inform patients if the wait time is expected to be more than an hour. 3. Have at least one doctor who only takes walk-ins (or two doctors who talk a mix of walk-in and appointments). This is a central location so this seem reasonable...

::I really tried to give this place a chance, honestly I did. Wait times are terrible but I was able to "skip the line" by accepting a family doctor here. Immediately I got to see a doctor (maybe that has something to do with other people being frustrated here). Then, I saw the doctor and she refused to listen to me and insisted I do various tests I had had done in the past, rather than getting the previous results sent over. Then... My doctor went back to her home country and they don't have anyone taking over for her that I can book appointments with. I highly recommend that you avoid this place if possible. They are next to useless, treat you poorly, and do not care about you in any way/shape/or form.
