  Dr. Surani does the bare minimum and the receptionists seem to just "pass the message along" but never give you an answer or get back to you. For a "premier" clinic their service is not so..

  The locations are nice but I definitely felt the owner was just interested in making sales rather than actually helping her clients. I also had a feeling from the beginning they were not very thorough. I had more than sereval treatments and still had hair growth - at first I thought it was soley my body but later I went to a different laser clinic and IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER! They were definitely more thorough in covering target areas and really seem to know what theyre doing at enlighten laser. Would NOT go back to mediderm however.

  Each location is extremely gorgeous, especially the Eighth Avenue Place! The staff are super friendly, extremely thorough and the prices are beyond reasonable! I noticed the effects immediately. HIGHLY recommend.

  Staff at this spa were very helpful and treated me well and the spa was tastefully designed. They offer mineral makeup, which is way better for my skin. Location is convenient and products are very reasonable.

  I am so nervous when it comes to come skin but at Medi Derm Spa I felt at ease. The laser technician was really knowledgeable and suggested a conservative approach for my skin. I really appreciated the time she took and also the level of concern and care.
