::Love the atmosphere but book selection is a bit limited and special orders take a really long time.

::Best independent bookstore in the city. Fantastic atmosphere, great staff, and expansive selection of books, boardgames, CDs, vinyl, giftware, and more! Plus a spiral staircase around a tree up to the mezzanine! An awesome place to explore and spend some time.

::Excellent selection of books with some audio CDs, posters, writing supplies, etc. Upper level is designed exclusively for kids & parents; there's even a spiral staircase that wraps around a tree! The friendly staff are all experts at finding what you ask for. If it's not in stock they can probably order it for you. Just to test them I asked one of the staff to see if she can find a book that I know was not published outside of a Kickstarter campaign. Long story short but the staff member passed with flying colors. She was able to tell me that the book was self-published and was not available to them which is exactly what I was expecting knowledgeable bookstore staff member to tell me. There's also a restaurant in the same building accessible from within the bookstore so if you like coffee and expensive desserts this is the place for you.

::Wonderful selection of books, manga, music, toys, and various other items. Nice atmosphere. Also great food and drink at Prairie Ink. Altogether great!

::A great bookstore with nice feel. Lots of selection for all interests including gifts, records/cds and board games. There are helpful staff positioned around the store. Nice big chairs to sit in while you browse. Take your kids upstairs to look through the children's section or just spend some time browsing the main floor.
