  This place sucks its not even open on the weekends.I have to take time off work to give my son a ride sown there so he can wright his beginners.

  This place is a good example of how NOT to run a business! Every time I've been there it has taken over a hour....and that's just to ask a question or my sons writing their beginners. They have one older lady at the counter, and the driving test instructors....THAT'S IT!! They either need to hire more people or Thunder Bay needs another location.
