  Jan 2017 - From a guy who worked at this mcdonalds 13 years ago looking at this place now is like watching a regular mcdonalds at half speed. I come here most mornings and usually inside. during peak times people will randomly disappear from there station, or clean tables, bathrooms when you have allready been waiting over 15 minutes for only two coffee. I realize those things have to be done, but not when there is a Line up. Your only half chance of getting through at less then double the regular time is the drive through. I cannot believe that someone from corporate hasn't stepped in yet to straiten this place out. At this very moment I have been waiting over 10 minutes for my two coffees.. 9 am!! March 2018 - Previous Review stands. Now to get on the topic of the highly promoted mobile ordering app. I have been using it almost two months at this location. During the mornings there is no curbside, every "manager" I attempted to ask about this didn't know why. When ordering in the parking lot to go inside to pick up they will often clear your online order from the coffee/packing screen as soon as it sends from the app. You can often watch this if you choose to place your order from a table inside.. after they give your food away at least once I recommend you go up and ask them about it as I don't think they would ever notice. Now this morning I was quite excited when curbside on my phone was avaliable earlyer in the day then usually, it's beautiful, out the air tastes fresh and the day was starting now even better. having successfully used curbside during the day at this location what could go wrong. After approximately 20 minutes I headed inside to inquire on the wait where the long time employee working the counter told me that they havent been trained to bring curbside outside, that those curbside locations are only for "parked" drive through people. They did have my order waiting at the counter for me and i had the curbside screenshot on my phone but she stood firm. Now, with frustrations high for such a beautiful morning I'm trying to figure out differences between taking out curbside vs parked drive through. Obviously just being a customer it's not something I'm ment to understand. Maybe Tim Hortons coffee isn't that bad

  Good place for drivethru but not a clean place inside and service is slow due to driver thoughthru

  Just got food from there and asked for upsize fries well i got the fry holder with a medium-sized fry in it..plus they where cold. If i wasnt on the way to work would of went back.

  Worlds slowest drive thru. And worst customer service. This review has been made with my experiences over the last year. Do not recommend. Also can’t even remover to give you your bottled water that you order, and when you go back requesting it saying they cant give it to you. Thanks for nothing.

  For a McDonald's I usulay have a good experience here. Obviously there have been occasional mistakes but they are pleasant in rectifying and mishaps. Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is it can be quite a wait sometimes inside and drive through alike. Also they wouldn't take reservations for a birthday party for the play place.
