  Good coffee and food as always at this place. Friendly staff and clean dining area. Plus fun for the kids too.

  Lombard location is absolutely horrible. Not sure if it's the Cook or the help but they can never get anything correct. I'm very specific about the way I order and go there often. I just don't get it. Even the corporate location, late at night has a lot to be desired. In a recent visit late in the evening, I noticed that cars were leaving the line after they ordered because service was so slow. I mentioned the situation 2 an employee that seem to be a manager, and her statement was, " I don't care". They never answer the phone either one of these locations to discuss a situation. I will admit some of the locations in Grand Rapids Michigan and its suburbs is the worst service ever. Unfortunately, I keep going back

  I myself worked at McDonalds (in london ontario) for 3 years, I understand mistakes get made, especially on busy days so i was very understanding when on March 26th they messed up my order, I called to let them know (as I had gone through the drive thru and didn't realize the mistake until I got home) and they took down my information so I could get a free replacement next time I came in. Today (March 31st) after a long day of work thought a quick and free dinner sounded great, but by the time I get home I am astonished to find they messed up my order again... wish I could give this zero stars for the fact that these people will likely kill someone with an allergy if they keep making so many mistakes...

  Awesome customer service. Polite staff helping with our orders. Hot tasting coffee. Food is hot and fresh

  The 1st pic with the lettuce should be the Montreal steak spice bbq Angus, that's all the crispy onions I got on it! That burger was $11.99 btw. The onion pic is what I took off a different burger & multiple times they put outer layer of the onion on my burger.
