::This is a pretty standard Mcdonalds which is always busy because it is on Yonge College and it has a lots of space to dine in . These are the only likable things about this. I have been there multiple times and the employees mess up the orders a lot for eg. They have twice gave me the half of mcflurry when i ordered Regular Size. There is only one person at tim7e washroom and it usually dirty because the Mcdonalds attracts lots of slackers. In a nutshell, this is a good for grabbing a quick bite and pass the time.

::It's McDonald's like every other McDonald's. A lot of sleeping street people in the restaurant in the mornings. Expect somebody to ask you for money to buy food or drink or drugs. Washrooms are off limits seeing the characters going into them. Follow up visit: Placed an order and had to wait 20 minutes to be given incorrect order. Asked for napkins they said they were in the bag. WRONG. Had to wait again. "Hot food" is lukewarm. Fries are dried out and over salted. Place looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a few hours. At least 20 people still waiting for their orders. Everything at this McDonald's has gone downhill fast. Avoid this place and go anywhere else

::They only have one cashier and a few self-serve kiosks. I'd stay away from the self-serve kiosks. 1. The screens are unnecessarily big. When I use them, I am less than a foot from the screen. Having a big screen so close in front of me means that I am not able to see the whole screen. I find myself spending a lot of time reading the screen up and down and up again. And that hurts my neck. 2. Say what you want about cashiers. But they are trained to take orders quickly and accurately. They punch in orders repeatedly day in, day out. That makes them a lot faster than you and I. I have seen people choose to use the self-serve kiosks because there is a small line. And most of the time they end up falling even further behind the queue because the kiosks are just slower. 3. They do not accept cash. And the system will wait until you enter your entire order, then tell you to pay at the cashier. You use the self-serve hoping to save time and it end up taking twice as long. Only use them if you cannot bear the least amount of human interaction.

::The coffee at this place is somehow always awful for months now, I struggle every time I order one from this particular location. Literally do not know how they can consistently serve awfully produced McDonalds coffee, like get someone trained to fix that already. The place is nice and roomy but the lack of easily accessible nice things found at other McDonald's locations away from downtown is also a great annoyance, downtown McDonald's locations seem to now all lack the nice experience things even offered just across the street at the Wendy's. How does this happen? Nobody wants to let customers have a nice experience downtown anymore it seems, always extra annoying hassles. Used to be a nice place to go to. Things are really going downhill with these McDonald's locations in downtown Toronto.

::Cashier service not efficient. Seemed clueless until the Asian manager stepped in. I don't know his name but he is very efficient and polite. He's a keeper. Cashier's need to smile more. Some are better than others-customer service wise. Young man cashier always smiles and is polite. Likes his job. It shows. Staff filing the orders are polite and efficient once they are "on the same page", otherwise it's slow and stressful waiting at such a small McDs.
