  Last time I go to this mcdonalds. Was told she wouldnt make certain things because it was a certain time in the morning and wouldn't serve me breakfast items because it wasn't 4am yet. Well if you aren't going to serve me the breakfast items the rest of the menu should still be available. Wasn't the case. As someone who is in the service industry for 18 years their customer service is very poor.

  Normally this is the only McDonalds to get your order right in Fort McMurray but last time I ordered a Mocha and a McGriddle and instead I got a coffee with cream and a sausage and egg McMuffin. The next time I went back I recieved the wrong coffee again.

  The last 5 or 6 times made me mad. Twice I ordered a fillet of fish plain with cheese and they forgot the cheese. Once I met a friend who ate in and I ordered a hot chocolate which came 10 minutes after she received and ate her meal. The next time was only a big wait to be served which is the way it is these days and the last time which will be the last dollar I ever spend there I ordered a fillet of fish meal plain with cheese which was made very clear with a large hot chocolate. I also ordered a 10 pc chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. The girl asked what I wanted with it and I said I didn't want it ad a combo. Guess what... All the ordering just done became a non combo so there was no drink or fries at the window. I guess I am at fault because after the stuff showed up on the screen I didn't look at it again so I missed it. They made my drink and brought fries and had the balls to charge me for their mistake. I don't have a problem keying for what I get but when you mess it up you can eat the cost. That's business. When I make a mistake I pay the price. It took 10 minutes to fix their mistake which topped the cake. I will not be going back there.

  I have never actually taken the time out of my day (especially a work day) to write a restaurant review.. but the service at this location was so horrible there was not a single employee who had a clue what they were doing. I had a simple order 2 sausage and egg McMuffins with 2 hash browns. After the painful 10 minutes of watching her try punch it into the computer it took another 20 minutes to get the food. After opening the bag I discovered I got 1 cold hash brown a breakfast wrap with one very long nasty black hair, and 1 sloppy bacon McMuffin witch was also cold... making me think the food was ready they just never served it. I would not be surprised if the hash brown was from the day before. I understand there may have been new employees in training but like I said no one knew what they were doing and just didn’t care. I’d give this location a no star review if that was an option. In the future will make a point to avoid this location, never been so disappointed in a McDonald’s.

  Longest wait times for any McDonald's I've been to. Especially if you're ordering inside. The renovation is really nice, and the staff are nice. Help Wanted posters everywhere, so I'm guessing there's some retention problems with the management or locals. Nice place to sit during the day time. Avoid lunch time.
