::Ordered a McFlurry and waited twenty minutes, then when I asked how much longer they told me they ran out of ice cream and to WAIT in line to get my money back. Except I ordered from the touch screen thing and it didn’t print out my receipt because it was empty. I didn’t bother telling them this time because every other time they just ignore it and don’t fill it back up. I ended up with nothing and they got free money. Quite pathetic that they wanted me to WAIT in line to get my money back. Not mad about my $3 just mad at the customer service.

::Food was fresh and hot the guests service leader did a fantastic job attending to our needs. It was busy but I don’t mind waiting for good service and good food :) also very clean location.

::It's a pretty happening place even through the nights, which means it can take a long time to get your food. Waiting 45 minutes for 3 things at 2am isn't really "fast food"
