  Went to McDonalds at Billings Bridge, all I ordered were fries and a small orange juice, but it took 20 mins just to make it to the window (drive thru). The worker told us I was getting "fresh fries" but when I got them (which took about 10 mins) they tasted as if they had been sitting in the trash all day.

  Every time I come here my meal is always prepared the worst way possible, and every few months , I’ll be here for there breakfast sandwich, like today. My bread is super hard and the top part is literally in half. Worst place ever. I wish I can speak to there managers

  I paid for 2 orders of extra cheese. I only got one. Seriously, that is technically stealing. If I paid for 2 extra cheeses I want all three packs. This isn't the first time, nor is it the first time that I have complained about this. Needless to say I am done with this McDonalds. My last piece of business with this McDonalds is informing head office that they seriously need to update their system to make sure that their stores don't steal from customers again.

  I never ask for an order and get it right. So, if I like my coffee real hot, they give me a warm one. Or if I like fresh French fries, they would be upset and still give me a warm or even a cold one . This would happen even right after frying a fresh one. Even talking to a manager wouldn't help much.

  If you love having your order wrong, drinking a nice warm Coca Cola, and eating a burger so dry and leathery it reminds you of your dads original 1984 Air Jordan’s, than you’ve come to the right place! Seriously, just go to any other McDonald’s. It’s worth the trip. The staff could not care less about the quality of your food and the managers will talk to you like an idiot when you complain about it. I’ve had a manager tell me that “there’s nothing wrong with the egg turning green, that’s just what happens when it gets old”. Uber eats will usually refund the cost of your food if it’s catastrophically and embarrassingly wrong, so you’re almost guaranteed a free meal if you order through them. However, unless you’re willing to eat around the hair in your chicken nuggets without sauce, or are happy to eat a Big Mac without any meat on it even though you’re not a vegetarian, than it’s probably not even worth free.
