  The service was great however they needed a security in there as I encountered a crazy guy who was kicking the chairs and table for no reason and of course his pants were down to his knees ..

  During lunch rush it took a soild 10 minutes in line, and 25 minutes get the food. Don't even bother, they are insanely understaffed. There was 3 people working.

  There was no napkins to provide. Also they said it takes 3mins to brew de cafe but another lady provided a luke warm de cafe and said it was fresh. When I told them the coffee is luke warm. They ignored. The worst place to buy mcdonalds.

  Mcdonalds is supposed to be a fast food restaurants . The one in thickwood and gregiore is very good . The mcdonalds in downtown is very slow slow and very slow . Something should be done about it . The workers are alsome but need more people . Thanks
