  Cleaning level is excellent. Only complaint i have is... whenever i go buy happy meal.. they always forget something.. sometimes fries , sometimes yogurt or fork or knife. Otherwise everything’s good.

  Worst expirence ever while in drive thru. Young lady taking my order was very rude and thought it was funny, she had to laugh at me. I asked her name and received two different names, manager came and was also very dimeaning he said he would talk to her about being patient. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

  Charge for sauce. Fill drink cups with ice so they don't give you a proper drink. 1/2 time incorrect order provided. Worst on the city.

  not the fastest service around for fast food restaurant that makes over 6 billion dollars a year. I think the CEO and president and upper management should take a bit of a pay cut and give it to lower level staff like crew chiefs, shift supervisor, hiring managers, window and drive thru staff. it would give them more incentive to work harder, better communication like being able to speak fluent English or French and more mature staff for managers and supervisors anyway. and managers that actually listen and care to hear customer complaints.

  It is never the same way twice! I'm talking the food is never the same twice the service is never the same twice the atmosphere is never the same twice. What makes it worthwhile going here is getting a large sandwich meal for $6. For this you must fill out the survey on their website, the information is on the back of your receipt. I think it's a great savings!
