  I'm literally sitting in the Drive-Thru right now for the second time because I ordered a fresh McChicken and they tried to give me one that was half an hour old. I know McDonald's has a policy where they throw the food out after a certain amount of time in the store does not follow it.

  Polite and friendly staff and quick service! I was also pleased that they had a display of fresh pastries surrounded by plants and flowers. Impressed!

  Drive thru specifically here is usually pretty bad, I've waited up to 30 minutes stuck in the line up. Then when you get your food it's almost always wrong or something is messed up. Like wrong size fries, wrong drink or completely wrong meal even. Fries are never salted, to the point I have to ask for salt at the drive through window. Condiments are NEVER put it the bag, don't trust the staff to say they put you ketchup or McChicken sauce in, because they didn't. Check your order before you drive away, otherwise your just gonna be back and have to wait inside while they fix it. Also who ever is making the coffee there in the morning is REALLY bad at it. You ask for a double double and you maybe get a single sugar. Not sure how that can get messed up but it does. If you're going to stop here, check and recheck your order otherwise you'll have to make a trip back.

  I visited this location after work with a few of my colleagues. Our cashier was Derek who mentioned he was new but was absolutely fantastic. Very personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers.

  None of the staff handling the food were wearing gloves. The only individual we saw wearing gloves was the man handling the frozen patties that he was transferring from the freezer to the grill. The man who looked to be the manager went from serving people at the register to handling food in the back without gloves or washing his hands. I saw all of this while waiting for a take out order. Witnessed the workers taking fries from the freezer with bare hands as well as handling the burger buns with bare hands. Not to mention the worker I saw wipe her nose with the back of her hand and continue to complete orders. It was very busy but food handling safety is a MUST. Definitely won’t be back
