  I purchased tires (P205 65 15 Mr IV) in October, 2009 after only 54627 KMs I needed new tires, these tires were rated @ 100,000 Kms - not good, Also they were to rotate tires, this did not happen.

  I just phoned this guy. He quoted me $15/more a tire than anyone else, and lied to me about the mileage rating (said 100K when the three other shops who carry the same tire said 80K). Not impressed.
