  I like the toys at this store so much that i've already bought several items & been in several times. But yesterday I went in around 9:45am with my friend, also an avid shopper at this store & huge consumer of toys/books/kid stuff. We asked if they had any fingerling monkeys. We were told no but the truck arrives at 11am. We went over to Toys R Us & did some shopping & went back closer to noon. When we came back in I asked the same staff if the monkeys had arrived yet. Her response was "Do you see a truck?!". I thought ok a bit stressed out I guess. So we said we'd wait a bit to see if it arrived. We began moving away when I heard a man ask for the fingerlings. Same staff said "No, none yet but we have a list you can add your name to & we'll call you." I turned back & said "Can we also get on the list since we've already been here twice today?" The clerk said yup & finished writing the man's name & number. She then asked my name & immediately followed with "Here you can write it" (very snarky) & pushed the clipboard towards me rudely & walked away. My friend & I were very insulted. Why get us to come back if there was a list? Why tell the man about the list so pleasantly but treat us like dirt? Very disappointed. We delt with 2 more store clerks in this Megamind who were very pleasant & 4 more clerks on our shopping trip that day who all were either pleasant or quiet. Why be rude? Ruins people's experience shopping there.
