  Beautiful, well-made clothing, but the largest size they have is XL and not in every style. No sizes over 10. No size 12 or 14 -- either online or in store. If Massimo Dutti carried a good variety in XL or size 12 and 14, I would buy most of my clothes there! As it is, only one XL item in their store fit me. Hello! Anyone listening. This is Canada where women come in ALL sizes, not only petite. I once spoke to the manager of a store in Oakridge about it. She told me that it's about demographics so they cater to asian women. That's racist. As a born-in-Canada Canadian, I am angry about not being able to find a size in a country in which my family has lived since 1759.

  Worst customer srrvice I have ever experienced, bouht a puffy jackt while ago and all feathers came outof the stichs and backed to store to return or replace it, they said we can do anything for your jackt, if you have any complain send an email to custimer service. So rude so impolite.

  Not even worth a 1 star. I had spent thousands of dollars in this brand around the world and I was so excited when they finally opened in Vancouver. Customer service is just non existent here. I had several quality issues and management is just not able to give an answer. They constantly insist EVERYTHING needs to go through customer service which is by far the most unreliable way to solve an issue. Avoid wasting your money here.

  Best customer service I have ever received at a retail store. The quality of the product is impeccable and the price you pay for it is very reasonable. It is probably the same quality of product that you would get at Hugo Boss or Ted Baker but when you compare the prices, you would always end up shopping at Massimo.

  This is a great example of how and why traditional brick and morter stores are going belly up, I've never felt how much people really don't want their jobs as much as a place like this, their biggest focus seems to be folding clothing, you might get a cold, dry "hi" but other than that you're left to your own devices which begs the question of what's the point of them of them being there. I love the European made quality instead of an Asian sweatshop but this place really needs to have more of a human element. Otherwise this is a prime reason you'll see robot automation take jobs soon enough.
