  Accidentally left my bag there, they kept it safe behind the counter until I could come an pick it up. And the best chicken sandwich!

  service here has been top notch. I believe that the sense of urgency needed to provide customers a good experience has been addressed by management. I really like their food although sometimes the made fresh statement seems to not match up. I ordered two fried chicken burgers and it took about 11 minutes to produce and by the time I bit into them the chicken was already starting to be soggy and lukewarm. Now I don't think that this is such a bad thing but there is a statement of made fresh to order the fact that it took 11 minutes to bring me a burger with lukewarm chicken made me question this. I went back and ordered the poutine. This was served hot yet the potatoes could have used another minute or two of cooking. The cheese was not melting nor stringy as it should be. I will try this again and hope for better results for now 3 stars is all I can give. I must mention that the man taking my order was hustling. That is very good and I commend him for his work ethic.
