  Terrible, you should totally avoid this company at all cost - this company is hands down a fraud. I had some USD left on me (US$35) and wanted to change it to CAD. The lady just took the cash without any explanation and gave me CAD$37 saying the exchange rate is 1.20. I took the money and was doing the maths mentally when I walked out. It didn't make sense so I walked back in and ask for a receipt. Apparently, they had hidden a CAD$5 charge in the exchange without mentioning it and lied that it will be exchanged at 1.20. When I complain, the lady said why did I not ask about the charges before handing her my money and that she cannot reverse the transaction. In fact it would cost me CAD$50 to get back my US$35 that I gave to her less than 5 minutes ago. It is not a lot of money but I would totally avoid a business like this. This is unethical practice and borderline fraudulent.
