  Unfriendly staff, walked in, no hellos from anyone, just stared at, was not asked if I needed any help and then got stared at by 7 staff members at the till while one person was actually working...figured they must be union and worked for the city...

  Helpful employees, fairly quiet place and it's a massive store with a huge selection of products.

  Terrible customer service. I was there today and Diana was very rude to me. The manager should train better the staff about how to approach the customers. I’ll never come back there again.

  Not a review for this specific store, but rather the chain in general. Ordered online, was sent the wrong product, I let them know my situation as I was leaving the country and needed to deal with the return quickly. They emailed multiple times over many days, never offering a refund or my ability to return product. Eventually I was no longer in the country and unable to return product. Terrible customer service. Will not shop at any local store due to terrible online service by this brand.

  The down-side to this store is the young staff. They don't seem to know much, or care. Asking for a price from them is pretty pointless, and they behave like customers are an inconvenience.
