  Its a nice store I've always had someone ask me if I needed anything. I usually say no. I've been there maybe 10 times. It's not amazing customer service but it's better then superstore.

  I went to both locations looking for a pair of carhartts. I found the size I needed, and they didn't have it. No problem. I asked them to order it for me, and apparently they didn't have my size in any other store. They suggested that I buy a different style or size, and offered me no other solutions. Ultimately I ended up ordering the pants I wanted online (from the carhartt website) for $25 cheaper (shipping included) than I would of paid in store. Extremely unimpressed with their customer service, and lack of effort. (Would it have been to much for her to find me another way to get what I want?) Perhaps my expectations are too high. But then again when I'm paying $95 for a pair of pants I think they should be high.

  Great store! I don't need an employee to greet me when I walk in as I can wonder the store myself and find whatever I need. Great experience every time!
