  There selection of shoes for women was actually great. However the clothes section for women was abysmal. Only one sort of pants and they were way to long to fit me or the other woman there trying them. They recommended online and that was not much of and improvement.

  Took forever to find a decent pair of work boots. Didn't get any help from staff but was followed almost everywhere.

  Great return policy, offer discounts to union members, reasonable prices. Customer service was subpar for a customer-service driven environment. Even after going here dozens of times and spending thousands of dollars here some the workers still feel the need to keep a very close eye on me in the store.

  We found shoes size 14,some workers had good customers service,but not all of them.We had kind help from the guy who was working in men's pants.

  Steadily declining customer service over the last few years. Went in there for work boots, there were no other customers in the store and I did not even get a greeting from either of the two employees. One was sweeping and the other just chatting. Let alone did they ask if I needed assistance. When I asked about some assistance one employee said they were understaffed , and just about to close. Thanks a bunch. Boots are not nice or comfortable / warranty sucks, overpriced products. I would advise any one considering work boots to visit Viberg boot on Harriet.
