::When it comes to claim and reimbursement, then you know how is the insurance company. I recently try to claim the medical emergency after back to Canada. It takes couples months to reimburse. Also, it is hard to get in touch with the claim representative. After the case was handle by one of representative then changed to another next time, also involved with different apartment.

::Trying to talk to a real live person is impossible. When I did reach someone I was transferred to a number that disconnected after 1 ring. This is not performance. I have been trying to get hold of a Sheila Kaze for days and left messages, but have not received any return call. When I tried to speak to a supervisor, the line was disconnected. I will have to re-evaluate Blue Cross as an insurer after this experience.
