  My boyfriend and I went to check out this store while we waited for the bus. When we first walked in I had to try to open the locked door by wiggling it so the two guys would notice us at the doors. Keep in mind its 1:20PM and the sign said open. One guy unlocked the door and left it shut. My boyfriend and I continued to go in the store pushing aside the discomfort. The manager was sitting in from of a tv with his tv table infront with a plate of food. It was odd because it was right in the entrence, we had to scooch betwen him and his table with his food. Meanwhile browsing around we saw a wii game for a steal of a deal. Started to look for a wii guitar to go with the game and asked the manger for his assistance because the guitars were hanging from the ceiling. He made us wait so he could contiue eating meanwhile he wasnt capible of reaching with a ladder. So my boyfriend had to grab a chair to check behind the counter for himself as the manager stands there. We couldnt find what we were looking for so we got just the $5 game with a $20 bill. First he didnt even have change for a $20. I asked if he had debt he responded with "its broke." I had to leave the store with no game wasting my time and missing my bus. We ended up getting change and coming back for the game. As we were leaving the guy who unlocked the door was literly pushing us out of the doors. We told him we wanted to stay for a mintue because we had fish and didnt want them to freeze but instead he said "i just want to" then mumbled a bunch of words while rasing his hand. Before I got change the same guy was smoking right inside the entrence, the owner couldnt remember where he put the game (it was beside his dinner which i the custumer had to search for) We walked out with a HORRIBLE first impression. I work in custumer service and this place should he shut down. Horrible staff, horrible managment. HORRIBLE store.
