  To Whom It May Concern, I ordered gifts online December 18th and received a broken article. I then proceeded to call The Bay to arrange an exchange. I was told to go buy the item at the store and that the reimbursement would be done in 3-5 days automatically. I then called back a week later to find out that the reimbursement was never put in, so I had to start all over again with another customer service technician she then assured me that I would be reimbursed 3-5 days later. A week later I called back because I hadn't been reimbursed yet, another person answered and told me that it would take 14 days to process and reimburse. I the called today because I hadn't been reimbursed I was then told that no it would take 21 days. I find that your service is pitiful and have never been treated like this with any other company. Awful experience

  C'est un beau magasin de la chaîne La Baie. C'est un emblème à Montréal. Il est très grand et si je ne me trompe pas, il y a des exclusivités.
