  Awful experience, the waiter didn’t even speak English, spent 5 minutes trying to explain what sparkling water is, at which point I just gave up. Had to ask for the bill 3 times before he understood what I wanted, then the waiter and waitress were standing in the room talking and pointing at people at the table speaking some other language. Absolutely despicable customs service, never coming back, and will make sure my friends and family do not return. There are enough restaurants in town who would appreciate customers, compared to these people.

  I came today around 4:30 pm to purchase and the cashier was a old lady named Janice (her name tag). Her attitude was bad. No "hi", "how are you" or " thank you". All she did was scan my alcohol and didn't even bother ask if I have the air miles card or my ID. She then put my bottles in the bag and put a sign without saying a word. Excuse me, am I invisible or are you racist? This is the last time I come to that store.

  The staff are really friendly and helpful. They often open another register if there are more than a couple of people in line, so there are hardly any line ups. Store is clean and well-organized. I attended a wine tasting in their events room, which was wonderful. The person leading the tasting was engaging and knowledgeable. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and new. Would definitely attend another wine tasting here.
