  Quick in and out. Really nice staff and doctor. Will go back again if further problems arise as long as I’m a student.

  Doctors are great, understanding. However lady at the front is very rude and does not know how to treat people, very inflexible with appointments.

  Close to downtown. Doctor is great. Not sure why reception asks why I need to see a doctor when I call to make an appointment. I just say I will talk to my doctor about that.

  Doctors get 5 stars, they have great bed side manner and are able to take the time to talk through one's concerns which is great! However the reception staff get 1 star. They can be rude and abrupt at times, I've had them hang up the phone in the middle of a conversation a few times. When booking an appointment for privacy reasons they can only ask general questions of why you want to see the doctor such as: massage prescription, or refill etc. however they sometimes ask for more information than they would require to just book an appointment. Figure it's so they know how much time is needed with the doctor but there's privacy issues there. Training should be addressed on privacy rules and professional conduct when conversing with people as their manner of talking to people is often perceived in a negative way such as the other reviews say. Doctors are fantastic though!
