  I bought a Breg polar care pad for my foot after surgery. It ended up being defective, it would not get cold. As you can imagine, this was pretty frustrating as the cold therapy is pretty important following surgery. I sent my dad down to buy another one from them, the second one worked. They were awfully hesitant to give me a refund. They said they wanted to talk to Breg...I didn't buy it from Breg, I bought it from Macdonalds. After 3 days, the lady said she spoke to her boss and she tested and it doesn't work very well so they in fact will issue me a refund. Just a ridiculous process. Also, the same knee scooter that is $500 there sells for $228 with free shipping on Amazon and we all know how easy returns are on Amazon. Avoid this place if you can.

  I am not give a good star, because I don't think they are profession of some knowledge. My family doctor recommended me to visit this store to get the better care, unfortunately, not a case. They not know the things my doctor refer, so have to check the google / youtube/ to find out. The Rx side a bit disappointed.

  Bought a neck brace for my wife. Tells customer to try it on in store yet refuses to let customer return or exchange product because product does not perform. Save yourself the hassle and buy from London Drugs instead.
