  Delivering drywall untarp unstrap ready to unload at 7 am.I am the first truck,very slow service. It's 10:51 and about 3/4 unloaded. Thank you very much. Home Depot is a lot quicker by a long shot.

  Had my first shopping experience on Saturday that went without a hitch. However, found the item I purchased elsewhere the next day for considerably less. I couldn't get a price match as the cheaper one was unadvertised but had the easiest experience ever returning the item to Lowe's. I will return (no pun intended).

  I've been through the store wall to wall several times now. Every time I go in I'm looking for something specific but have never left with a product. Never, not even once. The layout of the store is ridiculous to the nth degree. It's like they mixed a farmers co-op with a McDonald's drive through. Nothing is where it should be and aisle headers have vague broad ranging labels like "Electrical" where everything from staples to bathroom fans can be found. You know where you can't find bathroom exhaust fans..? In "Bathrooms". The place is displayed to look like they have everything but in truth not so much. As far as finding someone who will help/talk to you, good luck. Now if you're looking for someone who actually knows something relevant about a product in the store youll be far less misinformed if you just Google it. I, like many people in Thunder Bay eagerly anticipated the opening of Lowes but now that it's here it feels like I got knitted socks for Christmas. Nothing to recommend here.

  Three for three , so far. If it says they have it on the web site its there at the store. Well organized.
