  I have been coming to Lotus for years now for their spicy sate beef noodle soup, and love this dish - healthy portion size and great flavour. Service is prompt and cordial, and the recently completed modest renovations make sitting in a bit more pleasant.

  The best part of eating here is the prompt service and having a good balance of check ups. I've been here multiple times now, usually from convenience of their location. My favourite pho place that was nearby on 12th seemed to have closed. Went for pho and spring rolls. Small amount of food, especially for the price. $13 pho bowls, not much noodle, moderate amount of meat, broth was alright.

  Service is prompt, polite and to the point. They leave you be to enjoy your meal which I like, some might like a little more attentiveness. Male server is kind and quick. Food is excellent no complaints. My only complaint is the clutter in the restaurant, near the bathrooms. It looks unkept and ruins the atmosphere. All in all though, no complaints about the food or the service.

  Have been to this place several times, the food is alright. The service on the other hand is NOT great (except if you get the guy, he is awesome). Today, I had fish sauce spilled on me, she was apologetic. She didn't come back to see how our food was or ask if we wanted anything else. (maybe embarrassed, likely not. She is not the friendliest person).Thought for sure, I would get some kind of discount, but NO. Instead she not only charged me but didn't even give me my change, albeit .14 cents doesn't matter. She completely ignored me and served the next customer who wanted to pay.. I said "Oh I guess I don't get my change either" as I put my hand back in my pocket. Clearly this will be the last time they will see me.
