::Very incompetent, rude and aggressive customer service. Their computerized system was not working. I had to wait for them to fix the system or pay cash. They made me pay for the time I had to wait until they can fix their system. When I refused to pay for their mistake , they started acting aggressively. I had my kids with me so I left. Not recommended. If I knew this, I would have gone to any of the available parkings in this area. Worst experience ever.
