  I like long and Macquade honestly, this location just happened to hire some really snooty individuals that this business could do without.

  You would think that with people buying everything on Amazon the staff would be more helpful and friendly in order to make your experience memorable and fun and so maybe you would return, thus making their jobs necessary. I swear I’ve seen the same guy in there for 25 years and he has not once said hi to me first. There is a young lady there that cares and is friendly and she ALWAYS says hi and she ALWAYS asks if I’ve been helped. God I miss HEL. Well the manager phoned me actually which was very nice. He seemed concerned about the customer service and told me he would be bringing it up in a staff meeting. I won't stop supporting L and M because of some of the staff either. Sometimes when you spend a few hundred or a few thousand bucks, it's nice to walk away with some excitement over how you're going to enjoy your purchase, not wonder why the guy treated you like an inconvenience. I am optimistic that my next visit and purchase will be more positive!

  Love this store, the staff knows what they're talking about and will always try to get you the best deal on the best gear for you.

  Very helpful staff. ( Thanks Murrey ) lots of good products at low prices. They also price match !!
