  Hi, I'm an male that doesn't know nothing about cosmetic. I went to the store and asked for handcream for my wife. 3/4 staff was chatting about something so I had to wait to get helped for 3 mins at least and finally the store phone rang and the conversation was over. I specifically asked for help that saying "I'm looking for handcream, could you help me with this?" (She rolls her eyes) "Yea.." I went on " She does not like smell of Rose, and Lavender; so do you have any recommendations? Oh yeah and she likes smell of Crabtree Everlyn_summer hill hand cream; is there a similar ones?" she saids "I don't know anyoyher product than our products" and goes on with recommendations. she picked flowerish(?) looking paint tubes; and I asked "This doesn't smell like rose right?" she saids "Yeah thats why I'm picking this one" And I just stopped talking from that point. Very bad service, rude. I will never goto this store again; I'll just drive to other place if I have to go.
