  Amazing out door basketball court Shared gym Limited parking (6 hrs max over 6 hrs = $50 ticket) Gated community (closed some nights)

  Beautiful gated townhouse complex with fantastic club house which boasts a basketball court, an event room and gym. Nice landscaping and homes have high quality exterior finishes. Great place to live.

  It would be a great place to live. I don't know much about the policy, I have to admit, but to have a gym, a social room and a gated entrance is a plus.
