  What a terrible first experience with this shoe store. Ordered a pair of shoes online on a Friday just to get an order cancelled email the next week that was very vague. Called in and was told that even tho the website allows you to order, if there is only one pair left of that size the order will be automatically cancelled with no explanation. Tried to get the next size up and was told the same thing, only one is left in stock. If you aren't going to ship the shoes, why list them as in stock? And if you are going to cancel the order, why not let your customer know who has already had their credit card charged? I will never shop with this company again, a complete customer service joke with a broken website. Support was clueless and unprofessional, offering me no form of compensation for wasting my time calling to see what the deal with my order was, not even a tiny promo code to help me give you a second chance. Fix your website inventory options and your general online businesses practices while your at it.
